Here is the notice from the Secretary of State's site :ĭue to the lack of a state budget, the Secretary of State's office is suspending the mailing of vehicle registration renewal reminder notices.
You can go online to Cyberdrive Illinois and request a renewal notice be sent by e-mail to you, but you will need your registration card and PIN number, which is on the bottom of your Registration Identification Card.
The Secretary of State is no longer sending out License Plate renewal reminders through the mail! So it's up to us to remember to renew when our plates expire.
